SKILLET CABBAGE 
3 c. shredded cabbage
1 tbsp. salad oil
1 c. chopped celery
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper

Heat oil in 10 inch skillet. Stir all ingredients until well mixed. Cover pan and cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings. 50 calories each serving.
