CABBAGE BALLS | |
2 med. solid cabbages 1 lb. ground beef 1/2 lb. ground pork 1 sm. can tomato juice 1 c. raw rice 1/2 c. chopped onion 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. salt 4 strips bacon Simmer leaves 5 minutes (drain). Cook rice 10 minutes. Place rolls in pan. Pour juice over rolls. Add water enough to cover. Place bacon on top. Bake at low heat 2 hours. Serves 6 to 8 servings. |
