FILLED CABBAGE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 c. rice, raw
2 eggs
1 med. onion, chopped
Salt
Pepper
1 (2 lb.) head cabbage
1 (29 oz.) can sauerkraut

Core cabbage; boil 5 minutes. Separate leaves. Mix first 5 ingredients well. Roll a small amount of meat mixture (size of a large plum) in 1 cabbage leaf. Put some sauerkraut in large pot. Put cabbage rolls in. Put more sauerkraut over meat rolls. Put more meat rolls over sauerkraut. Use all the sauerkraut. Cover with water; cook 3 hours, covered. Add water as needed.
