STUFFED CABBAGE 
1 head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/2 c. raw rice
1 chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
Salt and pepper
1 can Hunt's tomato sauce

Saute onion in butter. Remove core from cabbage and cut off thick stems. Wash rice and boil for 10 minutes in salted water and strain.

Combine meat, rice, onion and seasonings. Place tablespoon of meat mixture on cabbage leaf. Fold in sides and roll up. Place in a baking dish. To 1 can Hunt's tomato sauce add 1 can water. Pour over cabbage rolls. Bake covered for 35 minutes in a 350 degree oven. You can use cream of mushroom also.
