LEMON CHEESE CAKE 
GRAHAM CRACKER CRUST:

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. sugar

Mix above together. Spread in 9 x 13 inch pan keeping a small amount of crumbs to spread on TOP.

Lemon Jello

3 tbsp. real lemon juice

Set in refrigerator until ready to add to rest of items.

1 COLD can Carnation milk

12 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

In separate bowl beat COLD Carnation milk until like whipped cream.

Add creamed cheese mix to whipped Carnation milk - mix in Jello (fold in 4 ounces Cool Whip - optional). Pour into graham crust - sprinkle with remaining crumbs. Put in refrigerator until ready to serve.
