MEATLOAF 
2 lbs. ground chuck
2 lg. eggs
1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 jar chili sauce

Moisten bread crumbs thoroughly. Add to ground chuck, eggs and chili sauce. Mix together so all ingredients are blended well but try not to handle too much.

MICROWAVE: Place in microwavable casserole dish. Cover. Cook on high power for 20 minutes. Top with 2 to 3 tablespoons chili sauce. Cook for another 5 minutes or so. Remove. Let stand for 5-10 minutes.

OVEN METHOD: Place in meatloaf pan. Top with chili sauce. Bake for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Remove and let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
