BEEF WITH BROCCOLI 
1 tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless steak, cut into thin strips
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/8 tsp. ginger
3-4 c. broccoli flowerets
1 tbsp. sherry
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. beef broth

In oblong baking dish, heat oil high 2 minutes. Stir in beef, garlic and ginger. Heat at high 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes; stir twice. Add broccoli. Heat covered, with plastic wrap at high 5-6 minutes, or until broccoli is tender and crisp; stir once. Stir in cornstarch blended with broth, sherry and soy sauce. Heat at high 3-4 minutes or until sauce is thickened; stir once. Hint: Best when served with rice.
