1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 c. chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix together, then add:

3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Stir into fruit and spoon into a greased pie tin (or dish). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
