COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
1 c. coconut

Put all ingredients in a blender in the exact order listed (starting with the milk). Blend for 2 minutes. Pour mixture into a buttered pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Makes its own crust as it bakes.
