FRANGO MINTS 
1/2 c. butter
2 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. flavoring (mint, peppermint)

Melt chips and cool. Beat sugar, butter and eggs. Add melted chocolate and flavorings. I use pastry bag to make stars, but this may be spread in an 8-inch pan and cut in squares. Refrigerate. 1 pound.
