WET CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1/2 c. shortening
2 sq. chocolate
1 c. boiling water
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk (use lemon juice to sour)
Confectioners' sugar

Melt shortening and chocolate in boiling water. Add sugar, flour, baking soda and salt. Then add eggs and sour milk. Beat 2 minutes on high speed with an electric mixer. Pour into well greased tube pan or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Instead of frosting; can just sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
