1 chuck roast
1 to 2 cans mushroom soup (DON'T dilute), use 1 can for a sm. roast
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix

Combine soup and dry milk. Spread over the roast in a 13 x 9 inch pan. Cover with foil, tightly. Place in oven for 3 hours at 300 degrees. Is delicious served over noodles!!
