SCALLOPED POTATOES 
Lg. buttered 4-quart bowl
Sliced potatoes
1/4 c. flour
Salt and pepper
2-3 tbsp. butter
Milk
Cracker crumbs

Slice potatoes into bowl 1/3 full. Sprinkle 1/3 of flour, salt, pepper and butter over the potatoes. Repeat. Sprinkle cracker crumbs on top. Fill bowl with milk until potatoes are nearly covered. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
