INEXPENSIVE SPONGE CAKE 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. flavoring
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. boiling milk

Beat eggs, sugar, salt and flavoring until light. Sift flour and baking powder together. Add butter to milk. Add liquid to egg mixture. Beat in flour mixture quickly using spatula. Pour into 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
