BURRITOS 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 sm. onion
Salt, pepper and garlic powder
1 can enchilada sauce (about 10 oz.)
1 can Ortega chili salsa
1 lg. (#2) can refried beans
2 doz. flour tortillas
1 lb. grated Cheddar or Jack cheese
Cooking oil
Salsa

Brown meat with onion - drain. Add salt, pepper, and garlic - be generous. Add enchilada sauce, salsa and beans. Mix well and chill.

Fill tortillas with filling, and a little cheese in each one. Roll and fold in ends. Fry in 1/2-3/4 inch hot oil until brown and crisp. Serve with additional salsa.
