BEST BURRITOS 
1 tbsp. Crisco
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 lb. ground chuck
1 pkg. dry taco seasoning
1 c. water
1 sm. (8 oz.) can refried beans
Flour tortilla shells
1 (12 oz.) jar Heinz brown gravy
1 (10 oz.) can "mild" enchilada sauce
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
Shredded lettuce
Diced tomatoes
Shredded Cheddar cheese

Saute onion in Crisco; add ground chuck and fry until done. Drain and add seasoning, 1 cup water and refried beans (optional). Simmer for 15 minutes. Mix together gravy, enchilada sauce and tomato sauce, plus 1/2 cup water until hot. Set aside.

Heat flour shells; lay flat and add meat mixture, lettuce and tomatoes. Fold shell and flip folded side down. Cover with sauce and shredded cheese. Microwave until cheese is melted.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
