BURRITOS 
1 1/2 lbs. beef
1 can green chilies
3 (14 oz.) cans El Paso enchilada sauce (mild)
1 c. grated cheese (I put more)
1 can refried beans
Lettuce, shredded
Sour cream
Flour tortillas
chopped onions - garlic

Brown - drain hamburger; add onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Mix in 1 can of enchiladas and 1 can of chilies. Simmer 2 minutes. Fill each tortilla with mixture (in pan). Add refried beans and 1/2 cup cheese in 9 x 13 inch pan. Put 2/3 enchilada sauce in bottom, then add tortillas. Pour over remaining sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
