OVEN POT ROAST 
3 lb. boneless chuck beef roast
1 env. Lipton onion soup
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1 tbsp. regular vinegar
1 tsp. sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. On baking pan place a strip of heavy foil long and wide enough to enclose roast. Place roast in the middle of foil. In a bowl mix onion soup (dry) with mushroom soup (undiluted), vinegar, sugar and spoon over roast. Wrap foil loosely around meat. Fold at top and close, turn up edges so package won't leak. Bake 1 hour to every pound or until tender.
