OVEN POT ROAST 
1 pot roast (bottom round)
2 lbs. carrots, cut
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope Lipton's onion soup mix (dry)
1 c. water

In 9x13 inch pan, put large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil; enough to cover and seal. Place pot roast and carrots in pan. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Spoon over with cream of mushroom soup. Add water. Bake 2-4 hours depending on size of roast at 300 degrees. Serves 4-6.

I used cream of chicken soup because I didn't have the mushroom. I also used a chuck roast. Baked for 2 hours 45 minutes. THIS WAS THE BEST, moist roast I have ever had! Great recipe! Loved it!
