LIME FLUFFY 
1 (14 oz.) evaporated milk
1 (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 3/4 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
12 oz. pkg. Hydrox cookies

Chill milk in freeze until icy, about 3 to 4 hours. In a separate bowl, dissolve Jello in water. Add sugar and lemon juice. Chill until syrupy. Whip milk and fold in Jello. Add green food coloring. Put on crushed Hydrox cookie bottom in 9"x13" pan and freeze.
