CHEESY MEATLOAF 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 beaten eggs
4 oz. (1 c.) diced American cheese
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 lb. ground beef

Cook onion and green pepper in boiling water until tender. Drain; stir in tomato sauce, eggs, cheese, bread crumbs, salt, pepper. Add ground meat mixing well. Shape into loaf in baking dish. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
