GLORIFIED RICE 
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. crushed pineapple
24 marshmallows
1 c. chopped apples
1 c. sugar
1 c. whipped cream
1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Cut marshmallows into small pieces. Add to hot rice. Add crushed pineapple, apples, walnuts and sugar. Let cool; then add whipped cream. Refrigerate.

DIETITIAN'S NOTE:

Reduce calories and sugar by using pineapple "in its own juice", Sweet One sugar substitute (12 packets = 1 cup), and lite whipped cream. Try raisins or mandarin oranges instead of walnuts.
