MOM'S CHICKEN & RICE 
3 c. instant rice, cooked with chicken broth instead of water for added flavor
3 c. chicken, cooked & diced
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup

Mix ingredients and bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes; or may be warmed in microwave.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
