MOM'S CHICKEN PARISIENNE 
6 to 8 sm. chicken breasts
2 glasses currant jelly
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/2 tsp. each salt, and allspice

Put chicken in uncovered roasting pan. Pour sauce over chicken and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 350 degrees, basting with sauce often. Bake 1 hour.

SAUCE:

Put currant jelly, cornstarch, water, lemon juice, Worcestershire and spices in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes.
