1 lg. can of sauerkraut
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 tsp. celery seed
1 c. celery, chopped fine
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar

Drain sauerkraut and rinse well with cold water. Add remaining ingredients and chill.
