ROCKY ROAD CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 c. water
1/2 c. liquid salad oil
1/2 c. butter
2 c. flour
1 3/4 c. sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda

Bring to a boil the water, oil and butter. Add flour, sugar, cocoa and salt. Beat until smooth. Add eggs, buttermilk, and soda; beat well. Bake at 425 degrees until done.

FROSTING:

1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. cocoa
1/3 c. buttermilk
1 box powdered sugar
1/2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. nuts

Bring to a boil the butter, cocoa and buttermilk; add powdered sugar, vanilla, marshmallows and nuts. Spread on cooled cake.
