GARDEN SALAD RING 
1 sm. pkg. lemon Jello
2 tbsp. lemon juice, added to Jello
1 c. each diced cooked carrot, corn, green beans
1 c. tender frozen peas, defrosted
1 tbsp. (generous) each chopped green onion & green pepper
1/2 c. French dressing

Dissolve Jello in hot liquid from vegetables using scant 1 1/2 cups liquid. Cool. Add other ingredients and pour into ring mold. Unmold on green lettuce and serve with the following dressing.

Dressing: Mix Miracle Whip with equal parts of whipped cream or Cool Whip. Fold in 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind; serve in center of ring mold. You may use more or less grated rind.
