HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. ground smoked ham
1 lb. ground pork
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1 egg
1 c. milk
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. dry mustard

SYRUP:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar

Mix ingredients and form loaf. Dissolve ingredients for syrup and pour over loaf before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
