HAM LOAF 
2/3 lb. ground ham
1 1/3 lb. ground pork
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 beaten eggs
1 c. milk

GLAZE:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. crushed pineapple

Combine meat, crumbs, pepper, eggs, milk and vinegar. Mix thoroughly and form into a loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/4 hours.

TOPPING GLAZE: Mix brown sugar and crushed pineapple and pour over loaf the last 1/2 hour of baking.
