HAM LOAF AND GLAZE 
1 c. milk
1 c. dry bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 lbs. ground ham
1 1/2 lbs. ground lean pork

Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Shape into a loaf and place in a shallow dish or loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Baste occasionally with glaze. Serve with horseradish sauce. 12 servings.

GLAZE:

3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard

Combine and brush on loaf while baking.
