APRICOT NECTAR SALAD 
1 sm. pkg. (each) orange and lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. (each) apricot nectar, applesauce

Dissolve Jello in boiling water; add nectar and applesauce. Pour into 8x8 dish and chill until set.

Topping:

1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. apricot nectar

Cook until thick; cool. Fold in 1 cup whipping cream, whipped--spread on top of Jello.
