2 sm. pkgs. orange Jello
2 c. hot water
2 c. vanilla ice cream
1 sm. can mandarin orange slices

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Stir in ice cream until melted. Pour mixture into 4 cup Jello mold. Add mandarin slices, plus some juice from can to fill out mold. Refrigerate until set.
