GUACAMOLE CREAM SOUP 
1 lg. avocado, peeled and pitted
1 slice onion
1 c. heavy cream
1 tsp. instant chicken base
1/2 tsp. salt
3 drops red pepper seasoning, optional
2 c. milk

Slice avocado into blender container. Add onion and 1/2 cup of the cream. Cover. Whirl until smooth. Beat in remaining cream, instant chicken base, seasoning and milk. Chill. Pour into chilled cups or mugs. Sprinkle with paprika. Serves 4-6.
