SWEET POTATO CASSERAOLE 
1 lg. or 2 med. cans sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
3/4 stick butter
2 well beaten eggs
Dash of cinnamon
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch, dissolved in a little of the milk

Mix together in casserole and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes in 9 x 11 inch dish (buttered).

1 c. crushed corn flakes or Rice Krispies
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter (or less)
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix together over low heat, spread over casserole and bake 20 minutes more.
