FLORENCE'S COFFEE CAKE 
3/4 c. soft butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Beat 2 minutes on medium speed.

3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Blend.

1 1/2 c. sour cream

Alternate adding sour cream and butter mixture to dry mix. Grease and flour pan. Pour in cake mix.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 to 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Nuts, chopped, optional

Bake 350 degrees, 35-40 minutes.
