SAUSAGE AND EGGS BREAKFAST 
4 slices bread
2 lb. pork sausage
1 cup milk
2 cups grated cheese
6 eggs
rotel

Optional Ingredients:

onions
peppers
mushrooms
bacon
cayenne pepper

Cut up bread and place in greased baking dish. Brown sausage (do not slice-just stir and brown). Put on top of bread. Place cheese on top of sausage. Beat eggs in milk and pour over top of cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes.

Can be made and refrigerated the night before using.
