FRENCH TOAST BAKED | |
3 egg whites 1/2 tsp. salt 3 tbsp. sugar 3 egg yolks 1/3 c. milk 8 slices of bread Beat egg whites with salt. Add sugar gradually. Beat until stiff. Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored; add milk. Fold yolks in white mixture. Dip 8 slices of bread in mixture and bake 10 minutes; turn over and bake 5 minutes more. |
