CHEESY POTATOES 
2 lb. bag chunk style hash browns
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. sour cream
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. Corn Flakes, crushed
1/4 c. butter, melted

Mix potatoes, 1/2 cup melted butter, salt, pepper, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese. Put in buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Top with Corn Flakes and drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter over. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
