MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
2 qts. popped popcorn
1 stick butter
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Lg. grocery bag - doubled

Spray bag with Pam - add popped popcorn. Boil: butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, salt - 2 minutes in microwave. Add baking soda - stir well and pour on popcorn in bag. Roll up end of bag and shake.

Microwave: 1 1/2 minutes and shake; 1 1/2 minutes and shake; 45 seconds and shake; 30 seconds and shake. Empty on a cookie sheet and cool.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
