HOT HAM AND CHEESE SANDWICHES 
1 to 1 1/2 doz. hard rolls (depending on size)
1/2 lb. soft butter
3 tbsp. mustard (level)
1 1/2 tsp. poppyseed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 med. onion, grated
1 lb. shredded boiled ham
1 slice Swiss cheese per bun

Cream first 5 ingredients and spread on rolls generously. Divide ham between rolls and top with a slice of Swiss cheese. Wrap each sandwich in foil and store in refrigerator or freezer.

Bake sandwiches at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. (About 45 minutes for frozen rolls).
