SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
1 lb. squash 1 small onion diced 1 tsp. salt 1 c. grated cheese 1/2 c. Ritz crackers (crushed) 2 tbsp. butter 1/4 c. milk 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup Lightly grease 2 qt. baking dish. Mix together all ingredients. Pour into baking dish. Add more cheese and crackers crumbs on top (as much desired) and spoon remaining soup over top. Bake at 350°F until golden brown. |
