SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. grated raw squash
1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. onion
Salt and pepper to taste

Spray 9 x 12 inch baking dish with Pam. Mix all ingredients, put into pan. Put a little stuffing mix over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
