SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. yellow squash, cooked tender & drained
1/2 stick butter
2 lg. eggs
14 saltine crackers, crushed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Mix all ingredients, except cheese. Put in casserole and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Take out of oven and sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven to toast.
