1 (12 oz.) box Crispix cereal
7 c. popped popcorn (3/4 c. unpopped)
6 oz. peanuts
2 sticks butter
1 c. brown sugar
3/8 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Mix the first 3 ingredients in a large pan (large roasting pan). Bring the next 3 ingredients to a boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add the last 2 ingredients.

Pour over Crispix mix and mix well. Bake at 225 degrees for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
