SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 lb. med. boiled deveined shrimp
1 sm. green pepper chopped finely
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 c. crabmeat
1 can shrimp
4 strips bacon
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
Salt & pepper
2 c. uncooked rice
Pepper sauce to taste

Cook bacon in large pot, remove and set aside. Add onion and green pepper and saute until done. Add salt, pepper, garlic, tomato sauce, crushed tomatoes, canned shrimp and crab. Add pepper sauce to taste. Simmer 1 hour. Add whole shrimp. Cook rice and crumble bacon into it. Serve creole over rice.
