EASY BAKED BEANS | |
2 (16 oz.) cans pork & beans 3/4 c. brown sugar 1 tsp. dry mustard 6 slices bacon, cut into pieces 1/2 c. ketchup Empty 1 can of pork and beans into bottom of greased casserole. Combine sugar and mustard. Sprinkle half of mixture over beans. Top with remaining can of beans. Sprinkle the rest of sugar and mustard mixture. Add chopped bacon and spread catsup over beans. Bake, uncovered in slow, 325 degree oven for 2 1/2 hours. Makes 8 servings. |
