SWEET-SOUR MUSTARD SAUCE 
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
4 tsp. dry mustard
2 c. cream
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. vinegar

In top of double boiler, combine first three ingredients and mix together. Slowly add cream. Add egg yolks and cook until thick. Gradually stir in vinegar.
