SWEET & SOUR SAUCE 
1 (8 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
3 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 green pepper, diced

Drain pineapple. Place juice in 1 quart casserole. Stir in cornstarch, brown sugar, vinegar and soy sauce. Stir and cook over low heat, until thick and creamy. Add peppers and pineapple chunks.
