STRAWBERRY BAVARIAN CREAM 
2 lg. boxes strawberry Jello
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 qt. boiling water
1/2 qt. whipping cream
1 qt. crushed strawberries

Mix the gelatin and the sugar. Dissolve in the boiling water. Cool in the refrigerator. When the mixture begins to thicken, beat until foamy. Beat the whipping cream. Then fold the cream and strawberries into the foamy mixture. Pour the mixture into an 11 x 19 x 2 1/4 inch pan and chill.
