PUMPKIN CRUNCH 
1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin
1 (13 oz.) evaporated milk
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 box yellow cake mix
1 1/4 c. chopped pecans
2 sticks butter, melted

Mix first 5 ingredients. Pour into waxed paper lined 9 x 8 inch pan. Sprinkle cake mix on top. Pat 1 cup pecans into cake mix. Spoon melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. Cool, invert, remove paper and top with whipped cream and extra pecans.
